In their most basic form, wheels are pretty simple, but large off-road wheels are a complex set of calculations and engineering principles that are more complex. Weld engineers have at their disposal more design, engineering and testing tools than any other off-road wheel manufacturer.  Using programs such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and engineering concepts such as Rotational Moment of Inertia (RMOI), WELD engineers have designed and engineered wheels  for virtually every type of application.

WELD XT Wheel fitments are meant for lifted truck enthusiasts only.  All of our wheels are engineered to accommodate large lift kits running mud terrain style tires up to 40” in diameter.  All of our designs are available in 20, 22, and 24 inch diameters in 12 and 14 inch wide fitments.  We don’t believe in half measures, our wheels are meant for people who go all the way.

Custom Paint - We have 15 color finishes to choose from. These colors vary from gloss, matte, metallic and candy clear-coat.  All colors are available with or without “contrast-cut” milling.

Polished - High luster finish that can be maintained for a lifetime.

Brushed - Matte finish of our 6061 aluminum for a more ruggedized look.

Black & Milled - After being painted gloss black, the windows and design features are milled again to achieve a “contrast-cut” which is a mix of gloss black and machined aluminum.

Customized rim flanges are available in these options.

Smooth - No milling at all.

Rivets – 16 Simulated bolt heads.

Text – WELD RACING is proudly machined into the rim flange

Rivets and Text - WELD FORGED – is proudly machined into the flange with each letter separated by a milled rivet.

Custom – We will mill whatever you specify into the rim flange with “contrast cut” milling.
